This movie tells the story of a super kilat President bodyguard played by Dennis Quaid. The US President (unfortunately, not played by George Bush) is suppose to attend this outdoor function in Spain but soon, just as you expect from an action-pack drama movie, bullets starts to fly, a huge explosion occurred and a dinosaur came out of nowhere. Ok, I’m making things up.. there’s no dinosaur.. but it would be awesome if it did.

The crowd started to run and there was mass hysteria. Dennis Quaid, suddenly have to figure out what happen and who caused this mess and all that good cop stuff. What makes this movie different is because the story telling is dissected into 5 different perspective i.e. the story is being told by 5 different people. You get to see the disaster through the eyes of a President’s Bodyguard (Dennis Quaid), a blackmailed Special Forces guy, a blur Romeo police kinda guy, a little girl who doesn’t know how to eat an ice cream, a tourist with a crazy eye, a milkman and Big Bird from Sesame Street... Every single time they switch to a different perspective, the WHOLE story gotta rewind and start from the beginning…. so you know what that means.. there was A LOT of REWINDING!

At first it seemed like a great idea.. but after the 3rd rewind, I can sense that that audience was getting impatient. I saw the same explosion 5 bloody different times from 5 different angles and it was getting annoying. But if you persevere, the movie manages to wrap everything up nicely. But I still think that the story can be told in a better way with better editing.
